Professional builders under the aegis of Nigerian Institute of Building (NIOB) have implored all stakeholders to shun sharp practices and adhere to standard of construction. He disclosed that the building regulation in Lagos and the Ntional Building Code (NIOB) stipulated that builders’ document is part of the requirements necessary for building production management. Wusu said project quality management plan, construction methodology and programmes are vital to successful delivery of building projects. On her part, the national chairperson, Association of Professional Women Builders of Nigeria (APWBN), Mrs Sikirat Sai’d, advised Nigerians and intending home owners to deploy the services of professional builders in their ptojects and promote inclusion of more women in the industry. She said the association is engaging relevant stakeholders to uptick the involvement of women in the building industry.
